Kristi and I are a down to earth husband and wife team and just like most small business owners we started our Real Estate Investing Business 10 years ago with a simple dream of making life better for people who are either trying to sell their home, or purchase a home in today’s challenging Real Estate Market. We knew from past experience that providing excellent service and operating a clean, well-run business would help us stand out from the crowd. With a whole lot of hard work, determination, and yes, even some sleepless nights now and then, our dream has come true in a very short period of time, and we are well on our way to our own financial freedom, even in this crazy market!

We approach our Real Estate Business with this very simple idea: We promise only what we know we can deliver on! We also promise to provide our customers with fast, friendly service and know that a RELATIONSHIP built on TRUST and RESPECT is the real key to making it all work.

Over the years we have noticed a HUGE GAP in the training material that is currently available to you as a beginning, or even a seasoned Real Estate Investor making a go at it in this current Real Estate Market.

Things change so quickly, that in this market you must have REAL WORLD business systems and checklists, and most importantly, have some flexibility in them so they actually work as our market continues to change!

I have also noticed that there is a shortage of experienced and qualified coaches that have actually started from scratch and developed and honed their skills in their own Real Estate business to support you. For example there are some BIG NAME GURU’s that have coaches that seem like they never did a deal on their own. Or worse, did not cut their teeth coming from the absolute bottom like Kristi and I did 10 years ago, so they don’t truly understand where you are coming from and where you are going!

So with that, THE REAL WORLD INVESTOR support site was born!

It is our goal with this site to connect with like minded players who are serious and are ready to work hard to get where they want to go in their own Real Estate Investing business.

So if you are looking for a get rich quick, no work involved program or coach, then we are not a fit.

Instead, if you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work, Kristi and I will be happy to show you how we started with NOTHING but 10K borrowed from our Grandparents, to just a few years later owning a successful Real Estate Businesses in the Portland Metro Area, even in this challenging Real Estate market!
